Eligible for Return & Refund

You may request a return or refund only if you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • A damaged item
  • An incomplete order

Return Request

Please contact us through WhatsApp or our Contact Us page within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Parcel Opening Video Required

A clear parcel opening video is mandatory for all return and refund requests. Claims without an unedited parcel opening video cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products without the original packaging
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Requests submitted without a parcel opening video

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund as applicable.
